Long Drive from my place.

My wallet is empty, but that is tempting.

Too bad you're so far away, that is great to have in stock. How far from Connecticut is Delray Beach? sounds like the opposite side of the country

South Florida between West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale-about 26-28 Hrs driving time.
Shipping and/or long distance driving would pretty much wipe out savings unless you were up for a Florida Vacation.

Dang! Timing is everything. I just returned to Franklin, KY. from picking up a Plasma table in Ft. Lauderdale. I drove right by your place with my 14-foot flatbed truck! I could have bought all of it from you.

Are they 4x8 sheets? All of them? What did you pay for them?

I am very interested, but I would not be able to pick them up until late January. If you don't sell them by then, let me know. Give me an asking price on the entire stack.

Yes they are all 4 x 8's.

You never know what you miss when you don't check the forum!

They are still available. I'll sell all including the 5 black for $58/sheet. Add $10/sheet for small quantity.
Current pricing from Piedmont is 88/sheet singles and 78 for this quantity. If you don't or can't buy from commercial distributors prices are well over a 100/sheet
Frankly-part of me wants to keep them but we're planning on moving next year and I have enough trucking costs in moving equipment.
I haven't offered them beyond here yet as it's not an emergency but will make a few calls to some fabricators in the area I know soon.

Man, what a stock this is going to be!

Dave, what are you making from so much PVC?

25 sheets of 1/2 material is only 12.5" tall. I will probably cut out monograms and sell them.

If you make them 1 sq ft, you could do 800 monograms. $$ :nana:

The monogram above was made for my neighbor's son's girlfriend. I can't resist a pretty girl! She was visiting, so I made her a monogram out of 1/2" PVC to hang on her dorm room door. It is 18" tall and 24" wide. I am HOPING she will tell her friends where she got it, and they will contact me to BUY one for themselves! :nana:

Yes, 25 sheets, properly used, can be turned into a lot of $$$$.

"Barn Quilts" are very popular around here. I can make those, but I am thinking of starting a new trend ... HUGE family monograms 8'x8' to hang on the sides of barns and outbuildings. I will make one for myself which will be seen by traffic passing by my property, and perhaps hang one in a couple of local businesses with large empty wall space. I can offer them a percentage of the profit, so I know I can get them displayed, even in store windows! I am currently looking at a building on the main drag through town. It would be a good place to sell and display plasma art, and other items of that nature.

I have lots of plans for my shop when I get going in January of 2016. With three CNC tables and my FARO scanner, along with the other shop tools (too many to count) I cannot imagine not making a good side income doing what I enjoy!

Nice looking Font Joe. These will work great for your concept.
Which Font is it?
For cutting strategy do you use a skin or tabs?
Seems like all vacuum hold would fail otherwise.
Nice chatting with you the other day.
See you in January.

I need to talk with you about a change in plans. I still want all 25 sheets, but I am staying in CommieFornia through January 30th and will return to Kentucky in the first week of February. If you can store the sheets until then, we are good.

Joe
