We've been working on a cool project for months. This is the NEBs bowling alley in Ontario, Canada. It has fifty-two lanes. We built the archways over the lanes as well as the posts and beams. The arches are hand sculpted fibreglass reinforced concrete over 3/4" plywood which is attached to welded steel frames. The supports are plasma cut steel. All the signs are dimensionally routed 30 lb Precision Board.
We also provided routing files (our client has a CNC router) for the plywood cutouts of the trees, hills and grass which will form part of the backdrop. Our client is doing the assembly. So far we have sent out two semi loads of features with another semi and a half of features underway currently in our shop.
It's a good sized project but it has gone well to date with the client having no trouble fitting it all together. They provided all measurements and dimensions for us.
