Started with a clay model...






Then poured a silicone mold...



Then poured resin that turned into white, plastic casts ready for painting...



The mold was smooth-on oomoo 30 on Amazon
The resin was smooth-on smoothcast 300 on Amazon
The customer is going to paint them chrome and attach them to his custom King Kong car with smoke coming out of the gorilla nostrils!
